We are inviting Aesthetic Doctors, Beauticians and Therapists to rent space at affordable rates at our 1st class medical premises in Blairgowrie.
PLEASE NOTE: Our offices operate under strict Covid19 safety regulations and all government prescribed measures are in place.
For Aesthetic doctors elsewhere:Should you have patients in the Randburg area, this could be a great solution to see them as per appointment in our rooms on a sessional basis, such as once a week in the morning or afternoon.
Aesthetic TherapistsWe understand that with covid19, many therapists are struggling and some even had to close down. Some therapists just qualified and need to build up a client base and it might not be feasible to set up a facility as yet. This can include eg. Micro blading, Micro needling, PMU, Slimming therapy, etc. Some therapists may be in training and are seeking space and equipment to do their case studies. (Rates will apply as per case study). We, therefore, offer our professional rooms as per appointment to your clients.
Your independent rental fees of a R1 000 per month will include:
- a maximum of 20 hours per month.
- A treatment room with a treatment bed, basin, and fixed work service
- Reception service Include:
* Receiving your clients
*Making appointments and co-ordinate with you
*Taking messages and sending emails, confirming appointments with client
*Prepare your client files, provide them with your pre and post-care and medical history as per your documentation and consent form, printing, General Admin, Invoicing and receipts, as well as collecting fees on your behalf where applicable.

- Coffee/tea/Juice to both you and your client
- Your personal profile placing on our Website as part of our team, as well as placing the procedures that you offer.
- Be part of our Facebook page with regular marketing of your procedures
- Equipment: Will include the use of all general equipment eg. Lamp, Magnifying light, Treatment trollies, Instrument cleaner, clients headbands and gowns, blankets/covers etc. (specialised equipment for your specific field of expertise to be provided by yourself)
For an optional R200 per procedure you perform, we will add:
- Medical consumables such as: Anti-septic hand and other cleaners, Linen savers and disposable covers, masks, including screen face masks, Nitrile gloves, antiseptic wipes, etc
- Client care consumables: eg. Face wipes, Medi-numb, Cling wrap, healing cream, Natural hypo-allergic medi-Skincare such as Face wash, Exfoliator, Medi Ph Toner, Moisture serum and Gel Mask for immediate pre and post-care. After-care packs for clients can be provided from our skin range at an additional cost. (specialised consumables to be provided by yourself)
